“Move Slow, Breathe Slow, Watch Slow- Then you will see more, live more and learn more”
– Emily Koch
Once you decide the fast life is not for you, you make space to start living slow and simply.

A little about me:
I grew up watching Cartoon Network and Tracy Beaker while mum would play old-school tunes on Heart 106.2 every morning.
At 6, life was about barbie dolls and playing Pokémon on my Gameboy. By 10, I was obsessed with my Walkman and held CD collections from Eminem to Avril Lavine and Shaggy (“girl you’re my angel….you’re my daarrrling…”) If you know you know.
Growing up in a colourful and cultural madness in South London, I was exposed to all walks of life. From rich and poor, black and white, joy and pain. My upbringing was a cycle of learning and embracing diverse cultures and unique individuals. Which naturally, sparked my imagination that was curious to discover more about the history and forces that brought us all together from an early age.
I spent my evenings as a kid fixated on global news channels, reading books or newspapers. Ever intrigued by what was going on in the world…
I completed an Economics with International Development degree at Sussex University. My degree grounded me in my knowledge of culture, colonialism, and development initiatives across this wonderful world.
A couple of months after completing my degree, I shot to India for the first time using the reminder of my university funds!
